What this tool does

What is the difference between the three modes?
Characters reverses every character in the text. Words keeps each word intact but reverses their order. Lines keeps each line intact but reverses the order of the lines.

No. Character mode reverses by Unicode code point, so multi-byte characters like emoji and combined letters stay whole instead of being scrambled.
