How are words separated?

Letters are separated by a space and words by a forward slash ( / ). When decoding pasted Morse, a pipe ( | ) or a wide gap (three or more spaces) are also accepted as word breaks.

Does it support numbers and punctuation?

Yes — digits 0–9 and common marks like . , ? ! / @ and more are included.

Can it play the sound?

Not currently — it converts to and from the dot-dash text. The translation runs entirely in your browser.
